Yes. Every living thing can move, as growth(dividing cells shows movement though it is not directional) is associated with mobility. For instance, movement of plants in accordance with the availability of water, sunlight, or even moving away from salinity or any stressful condition.
Other case is of sedentary organisms they also move with respect to the availability of resources. Even the spores that exists everywhere moves with air but this is a passive movement which does not require energy but should need a driving force. Hence movement can be passive or active. Active movement requires energy and this can either be voluntary or involuntary movement.
Moving is one of the seven life processes – movement, respiration, sensitivity, growth, excretion, reproduction, and nutrition. Plants move by growing toward sunlight.

There are two types of phenomenon related to moving.
One is Locomotion and the other is Movement.
LOCOMOTION- It is type of method in which a living thing can move from one place to another.
MOVEMENT- It is the type of method in which there is change in shape, structure degree of rotation.etc of a particular part.
Hence, animals shows both Locomotion and Movement but Plants only shows Movement.
For eg- The upper portion i.e the Trunk of a plant can’t move but the roots of plant spreads underneath in search of nutrients.

Now, the question is whether all things move?
As, explained above there are two methods by which living things can show this phenomenon.
But exception always arises.
For eg- Some insects [Phylum Arthropoda] in their early larval stages do not show any movement.
Usually, the females of insects are non-motile.
Let’s take the example of Lac insect.
The females are non-motile and the males are motile.
Another example can be of Nematode Pest Parasite of Wheat- Here the female changes into cyst[formed under unfavourable conditions] at the end of season.
In Honey Bee, the Queen, shows no motility, although it can move but it depends upon the workers. The only time when it moves is during the breeding season.
All animals except some and some unicellular plants like Chlamydomonas can move by the help of flagella in water, Higher rooted plants cannot move form place to place but they show some growth by movement by which they can get light or water etc.
