The biosynthetic pathway of photosynthesis include light dependent thylakoid reactiin and light independent stromal carbon concentrating mechanisms.
Thylakoid reaction is photochemical reaction including oxidation of water, photolysis of water and formation of assimilatory powers such as reduced NAD and ATP in the presence of light harvesting complex.
Carbon reaction refers to fixing of inorganic CO2 in to organic carbohydrates using the reducing power andATP of light reaction.

Biosynthetic phase takes place in the stroma of chloroplast it does not need a light in this process carbon dioxide is reduced to glucose with the help of H + ions produced during photochemical phase energy is needed during this phase is come from ATP which is generated during photochemical phase.

Biosynthetic phase is also known as dark reaction.

The phase in which synthesis of organic substances takes place is known as biosynthetic phase.

During this phase glucose is formed by using ATP and NADPH.

It takes place in the stroma of the chlorophyll. Carbon dioxide reduces to form glucose.
